Business process and organization integration for an enterprise software company Created integrated business processes, organization structure and senior management staffing to combine two companies into a single functionally organized business in order to accelerate new product development and increase new customer acquistion and revenue.

Sales channel restructuring for a wholesale distributor. Redesigning the sales processes, reorganizing the sales team, and introducing new systems to increase new customer acquisitions (+26%) and reduce the cost of existing customer service.
